It is our aim to ensure that you enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable stay so we do our utmost to provide the best possible service.

Be assured that while at Arden House you'll have a restful night's stay. Each well appointed room has an en suite bathroom, hairdryers, colour television, radio alarms, iron, ironing board and central heating. All bedrooms have lovely views over Youngs Park towards the sea, or have garden views.

Choose from a selection of rooms which include Double, Twin, Single and Family bedrooms. There is also a range of additional facilities for the convenience and comfort of the guest. If you've forgotten your toothbrush or need extra pillows, don't worry we can help. After all, we want to ensure that your stay is both relaxing and memorable.

Families are well catered for, with several rooms suitable for families of 3-4 and many capable of accommodating a cot. We can also provide highchairs for use in the breakfast room (see tariff for children's reductions).

We also have a spacious lounge where you can relax in comfort, read a book or magazine and have a drink whilst admiring the lovely views of the park.

After a good nights sleep you can look forward to a hearty cooked breakfast in our beautiful breakfast room overlooking the park.
